The handguard has full-length Picatinny rails at the 12, 3 and 9 o’clock positions and a nine-slot rail along the bottom. Rock River Arms also added a redesigned free-float quad-rail handguard to the Assurance Carbine-a feature many law enforcement and government agencies requested and influenced the design of this rifle. Rock River Arms equipped the Assurance with their popular 2-stage trigger to enhance shooter control and increase accuracy potential. Chambered in 5.56 NATO, the Assurance is equipped with a premium 16-inch chrome moly barrel to deliver proven accuracy and extended barrel life in an easy-to-clean platform.
